At Rhino Chemicals, we take great care to ensure the quality, safety, and accuracy of every chemical product we supply. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under strict conditions to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered in error (wrong item or quantity).
- The product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not meet agreed specifications.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receipt.
All returned products must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Include the batch number and delivery documentation for traceability.
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used chemicals.
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery.
- Custom-synthesized or made-to-order materials.
2. Return Procedure
- Contact our Stock Controle Manager with:
- Order number
- Product name and details
- Reason for return (include photos if applicable)
- Our manager will review the request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if eligible.
- Once approved, please ship the product back according to our Hazardous Materials Return Instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only after inspection and verification of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 48 Hours via the original payment method.
- If replacement is preferred, we will arrange shipment of a replacement product at no additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom formulations or special orders.
- Expired products.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
